- Short Bio: Rong Zi holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and Global Affairs from Nanyang Technological University. An ambivert with a passion for community development, she thrives on creating meaningful connections with volunteers and program participants, bringing energy and enthusiasm to every initiative. Before joining her current role, Rong Zi gained valuable experience working with transnational families to secure education for migrant children. Her dedication to fostering inclusivity and empowerment was also evident during her university years, where she was an active advocate for women’s empowerment and safety—principles that continue to inspire her work today. Known for her creativity, Rong Zi excels in designing programs that captivate and educate, including innovative plays for children. In her free time, she enjoys baking, exploring nail art, and sharing her vibrant personality with those around her.
