- Short Bio: Sufri joined Tasek in June 2021 after volunteering as a mentor for its football programme. With over ten years of experience in education and youth development as a teacher, adjunct lecturer, and life skills trainer, he brings a wealth of expertise to his role. As Lead Manager, Sufri integrates evidence-based practices into programme development to achieve impactful and sustainable outcomes. He values teamwork and shared decision-making, fostering a collaborative environment where ideas and solutions are co-created with his team and stakeholders. Currently pursuing a part-time PhD in Positive Youth Development, Sufri applies a strength-based and autonomy-support approach to create empowering environments that promote youth’s personal growth and meaningful contributions to the community.
